Aatit Paungmali, Ph.D. is Associate Professor in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy of Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand. He obtained his doctoral degree in 2004 from The University of Queensland, Australia. He is an academic staff, clinical instructor and researcher in Musculoskeletal (Orthopaedic) division, Department of Physiotherapy, Chiang Mai University, and co-founder of The Neuro-Musculoskeletal and Pain Research Unit, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, Thailand, since 1995. His research interests include musculoskeletal pain, manual therapy, core stabilization, therapeutic exercise, alternative medicine, physical modalities. Evaluating impairment and performance related to musculoskeletal disorders and sport injuries, such as back pain, myofascial pain, knee pain, tennis elbow, etc. Dr. Paungmali has 1,731 citations in ResearchGate, 1,186 total citations in Scopus (by 895 documents) with the h-index of 16.
